Instruction:

• Step 1: Fully charge the batteries before the first use (A full charge takes about 3-3.5 hours).
• Step 2: Insert the Battery – Find the wire in the battery pocket,unplug the cap from the wire head.Connect the battery to the plug.
• Step 3: To Turn On – Press ON/OFF button for 2-3 seconds until the indicator is illuminated. Change power setting by tapping the button.
• Step 4: To Turn Off – Press ON/OFF button until the indicator light is out.
