FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – August 24, 2026 – RMP Services LLC today announced FoodVerix, a food-safety management platform designed to help food manufacturers, commissaries, central kitchens, healthcare food-service operations, co-packers and multi-site food businesses manage critical work with greater control, visibility and accountability.

FoodVerix brings daily food-safety activity into one connected environment—from employee tasks and CCP monitoring to verification, corrective action, document control, training, traceability, product release and organized audit evidence. The platform is being developed around the realities of food operations, where records must be completed correctly, reviewed by authorized people and available when customers, regulators or certification auditors ask for proof. It brings practical control to everyday food-safety work across operations.

By giving each role a clear view of its responsibilities, FoodVerix helps reduce missed checks, delayed follow-up and the scramble to assemble records after the fact, allowing teams to spend more time strengthening food safety across their operations.

“I know what it feels like to prepare for an audit while records are spread across forms, folders and different systems. I also know the pressure of having to prove that the right action was taken—not just that somebody checked a box,” said Raymond Penny, founder of FoodVerix, SQF Practitioner and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). “That real-world experience is why we are building FoodVerix. I want employees to clearly understand what needs to be done, managers to see where attention is needed and food-safety leaders to walk into an audit with confidence because the evidence is already connected.”

More Than a Digital Checklist

FoodVerix is designed as a connected food-safety operating system rather than a stand-alone form library. Its controlled workflows are intended to help businesses:

  • Assign and complete recurring or event-driven food-safety tasks on mobile and desktop devices.

  • Build and manage structured HACCP plans, hazards, CCPs, monitoring, corrective actions and verification activities.

  • Connect deviations to product holds, investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective action and effectiveness review.

  • Control documents, revisions, approvals, distribution and protected evidence.

  • Manage employee training, knowledge checks, assignments and completion records.

  • Trace ingredients, lots, production and distribution while preserving company and facility boundaries.

  • Prepare organized evidence packages for internal reviews, customer audits, regulatory inspections and certification programs.

Built for Controlled Growth

The platform is also being designed with customer and facility separation, role-based access, protected completed records, audit history and encrypted backup controls. Planned integrations include Odoo operational workflows, labeling systems and future approved hardware, sensor and laboratory connections. External data may provide context, but authorized people remain responsible for completing, verifying, approving and attesting controlled food-safety records.

Built From Inside Food Operations

FoodVerix grew from Penny’s direct experience leading food-safety and human-resources programs, developing HACCP and SQF systems, training employees, investigating deviations and preparing evidence for customer and certification audits. That operational background shapes a platform intended to work for the employee completing a record on the production floor, the supervisor verifying it and the leader responsible for the entire system.
